4 WATERS ECO ADVENTURE
Escape Phuket’s tourist hotspots to explore off-the-beaten track mangroves, rainforests, and beaches on this full day eco adventure trip. Ride or paddle a kayak through mangrove channels, trek through rainforest at Khao Phra Taeo National Park, visit white sand beaches, and relax at a beachside spa. On route, enjoy the opportunity to bathe in ‘four waters;’ a waterfall, the sea, and the spa’s hot springs and ice-cold pools. Enjoy delicious Thai Lunch in the restaurant by the Waterfall.
| 10.00 | Meet at CC’s Hideaway overlooking the Andaman Sea. All participants meet in the lobby and get instructions, water and sign a waiver form. Please wear appropriate footwear knowing it may be muddy in spots even if it is not raining on the day of the tour. |
| 11:15 | Arrive at Khao Phra Taeo Wildlife Sanctuary: Rainforest Ecosystem Trekking, visit Ton Sai Waterfall, fresh water swimming. |
| 01:00 | Visit Sai Kaew Beach – a beautiful endless beach located at the very north of Phuket Island. This is a long white powdery beach dotted with pine groves along the shore. We will stop there for short time just to enjoy serenity of the uncrowded natural looking beach. |
| 01:20 | Arrive at Sirinath National Park, visit Tha Chatchai Phuket Marine National Park Research Centre. Here we start an adventure tour in the mangrove forest with saltwater swamps supporting unique ecosystems. Within the park there is an abundance of plant and marine life. 800m wooden walkway trekking over the Mangrove Rivers, along with signs indicating and explaining the various species of plants and animals. Eco Adventure continues with self-paddle kayaking (paddler on request) in this unique National Park (30-40 minutes). Along the way here you’ll have to lie down flat in the kayak to get through the many low-lying tree branches and air roots. |

| 04:15 | Arrival to Hot Springs Beach Resort. Here, two pools are available with hot spring water, one big pool with jacuzzi and pool bar, one ice cold pool. Dip in the hot water and then jump into ice cold pool and back and forth as you desire. Relax on a lounge chair or in one of the pools bar with a fresh coconut. |
| 06:30 | Visit Natai Beach for an amazing Sunset (timing varies depending on a season). Swimming in the sea during sunset with showers available after swimming. |

BIG BUDDHA JUNGLE TREKKING
WITH LUNCH IN PHUKET
You experience an exclusive hiking/trekking adventure in Phuket. Jungle hiking/trekking begins on the green slopes of Kata, where Big Buddha sits. You then arrive at Phuket’s Big Buddha. This program is ideal for people who like to hike, though this hike/trek is considered to be difficult.
You will enjoy the flora and fauna of the rain forest and enjoy breathtaking views.
After touring the area around Big Buddha, we visit the biggest Buddhist Temple in Phuket – Wat Chalong.
Tuesday’s Program – hiking tour – visits an organic farm and has lunch with a choice of many organic foods
Friday’s and Saturdays’s Program – trekking tour – return to CC’s Hideaway for a delicious lunch from a selection of CC’s Healthy menu

| 16.20 | Visit Wat Koh Siray Temple. Situated on a hilltop on Siray Island, Wat Koh Siray Temple offfers impressive sea and island views over Sapam Bay & Tukkae Cape, plus also of Phuket Town. The stairs lead up to the Nakas architecture Ordination Hall, where inside is a reclining, over 18 metres in length, Golden Buddha. Also not to be missed is the huge,stunning, golden Kyaiktiyo Pagoda. |

| Along the way we encounter art galleries, cafes, authentic shops. In 1929 the On On hotel opened as Phuket’s very first hotel, set in the perfect town location with Chinese traders and European sailors as the regulars when the island was thriving from the tin mining industry. The name On On comes from ‘Un Un’ in Chinese, meaning happiness for all visitors. On On, in the middle of Phang-Nga Road became famous after movie “The Beach” with Leonardo Di Caprio was filmed in this Hotel, although in the movie it is located on famous Kao San Road in the heart of Bangkok. Our guide will let you discover the Shrine of the Serene Light. Built in 1889, the garden is indeed a serene place to rest your legs before exploring the colourful interior. The next sight to explore will be Downtown Fresh Market which is the cheapest place to get a variety of awesome fruits including juicy mangos or exotic sapodilla. |

| Afterwards heading to Thalang Road where every Sunday is a Street Market with the best goods Old Town is to offer. Local Snacks and Art pieces, all kinds of souvenirs can be found along the Street. Much of the Old Town, especially Thalang Road still has the old shophouses. You can’t miss the wafting aromas of Phuket’s oldest Herbs Shop as you stroll along Thalang Road, The Herb Shop opened in 1917 and its remain magic place over the years. Craving ginseng or perhaps dried insects? Stop here to stock up on Chinese herbal remedies or to simply watch portions of herbs being mixed together ready for sale at this generations-old family business. We will visit Soi Romanee, which in the past was same amusement area like Bangla Road in Patong nowadays and offers unique colourful sino-portugese Architecture. |
